Lives of members

Lives: You have 9 lives. Each time you break a rule you will lose 1-9 of them(depending on the seriousness of the offense you will lose more or less). If you lose all nine then you will be banned. If you lose all nine at once(you will be banned still), and that will be reffered to as being Tigerstar'd.
